We all have internal conflicts that cause challenges in our lives, and we cannot move forward until we have faced that which is buried within us and holding us back. For this reason I developed my signature style of coaching called The Process, 18 years ago and have continued to use it with great success. It is based on the principles of alchemy, i.e. achieving an enlightened state of consciousness through exploring the limitations and shadowy aspects of the unconscious mind, integrate that on a conscious level and so achieve the insights and enlightenment we need to live fulfilled lives. Pain and challenges are not here to crush or paralyze us, but rather, intended to bring us back to a deeper truth by forcing us to face that which is 'crushing' us. We move through the unconscious states of habits and patterning and by recognizing our core truth, we become aware and aligned with Source which completely changes our point of attraction.

Sound is one of the most transformational forms of healing and Tibetan Singing Bowls are known to carry powerful healing frequencies. I play an array of Tibetan bowls placed above, on and around the body. As the sound waves flow and vibrate through the body, they fine-tune, heal, re-calibrate and completely calm the mind and spirit, bringing you into alignment with Source. Sound vibrations penetrate stubborn blockages, and something like combing tangled hair, they release and 'untangle' these blockages, enabling the energy to flow organically again. Sound also awakens that which is dormant or sleeping within... the knowledge-bearing seeds within respond to these vibrations and sounds, and so things start to awaken and grow...

The Womb Regression is a powerful tool used to access your core. I you into the womb where you consciously re-connect with your Higher Self. ALCHEMY is the study and practice of transforming the soul from the lead of primitive conditioned reactions to the gold of spiritual and PRACTICAL attainment.

Daily life is a spiritual practice. Transformation can take place from the inside out or the outside in. So when things seem to be stuck and movement impossible, it's time to recognise that this is the perfect time get off your butt and MAKE things happen within yourself and in the world! Sometimes things simply cannot move without re- adjustment - sometimes radical realignment and recalibration are called for.  We may feel that our plans should be bearing fruit, but maybe we are aiming for the impossible, or at least the inappropriate. Part of that may be your attitude, beliefs, behaviour or circumstances beyond your control.  Inner transformation is required in order to achieve what we wish for in the outside world, just as changes that occur in the outside world elicit inner transformation. PERSONAL INNER CHANGE is the most authentic transformation of them all, and when all is said and done, it is the only change that really matters...

So, fellow trail-blazers, you may as well get ready for things to happen, inwardly and outwardly! The stuck becomes unstuck,  and the blocks begin to move... Hey, you may have to run to keep up with yourself, and I'm pretty sure you'll be surprised by the direction things (and you) are taking! You may find that your plans,  even your dreams and desires, change as this awesome alchemical process takes place. It may not be what you planned at all,  but no doubt you will turn back at some point and say something to the effect of: 'This is so not what I planned,  but oh boy, it's definitely what I needed!'.

When we have been through such an alchemical process we can NEVER go back to what we were before.  I say thank God for that!
